Very Peri Coaching Package
A Primer on Perimenopause-
Some of us may have a new friend in our lives. She’s… unpredictable, a bit chaotic, you might say. It doesn’t seem like she’s leaving anytime soon, and we need to figure out how to deal with her.
Meet Peri.
All jokes aside, perimenopause is known as a time of hormonal chaos, and for many of us, that’s exactly what it feels like. However, in today’s world of full-time jobs, aging parents, kids, school, activities, AND managing a home, feeling “off” can sometimes creep up on you. Perimenopause can start 10 or more years before the cessation of the period (menopause), which is super inconvenient because those seem like the years in which women have THE LEAST amount of time to stop and focus on themselves to figure out what the h*ll is going on.
Let me help. Spend a little bit of time with me each month and let me help you understand and navigate this journey.
If you’re in your 30s and suspect that you’re just entering perimenopause, we will troubleshoot current issues, make sure the crucial lifestyle pieces are in place, and prepare you to know what to do down the road. If you’re in your 40s or 50s and are smack dab in the middle of it, we will evaluate, troubleshoot, refer out as needed, and really dig into the crucial lifestyle pieces that you need right now.
The focus will be on:
Understanding current symptoms
Understanding the hormonal process occurring
Understanding what is happening now and how things might change going forward
Optimizing nutrition
Appropriate and effective exercise for this stage of life
Sleep hygiene
HRT
Stress management strategies
